1. Start by pouring water at room temperature into the Moka's boiler and fill it to the level of the safety valve. Do not exceed this level to avoid getting too watery coffee.
2. Now choose the ground coffee blend you prefer. Attention! The mixture must have a specific grinding for Moka, not too fine. Generously fill the funnel of the Moka, without pressing the coffee.
3. A little secret? Adjust the heat to a minimum and take as much time as you need; to enjoy a great coffee it is worth waiting a few more minutes. When the coffee has completely risen in the collector, turn off the heat.
